ATS J – Series

ATS J – Series Is the new Mappi International hardening furnace. A machine with extraordinary performance that could toughen a 2700×6000 glass sheet.

Mappi ATS J – Series is the result of the experience and the technology developed in over 300 Installation worldwide. Here some data example:

Loading area: up to 130 x 236 inches

Load for Hour Clear Glass: for the “ATS 3300 6000” only 5 Hours

Load for Hour Clear Glass Super LowE 0,01: for the "ATS 3300 6000" only 7 hours

Consumption for 10mm thickness: Clear Glass: 3,3 kwh/m2 – Clear Glass Super LowE 0,01: 3,7 kwh/m2

Control of individual heating zones interfaced with thermocouples data
Automatic heating zone management in order to avoid overheating
Indipendent control of the conveyor’s motors for the heating section and quench section
Ventilator in powered by DC motors, with an electronic speed control, that provides considerable energy savings
Software completely managed by Siemens PLC
Tele-service system, which allows MAPPI to check quickly the conditions of the furnace

The machine will be installed at your site by our technicians.

The technicians provide training of your staff for a proper use and maintenance of the plant .

The first test will be made at our place.
Mappi International will provide technical and equipment needed for the proper functioning of the systems.
The final acceptance will take place at your place.
