The Automatic Arrissing Machine EG01 is highly modular and can be installed on any IGU production lines. It is however often used independently upstream of IGU production, in the necessary pre-processing of glass sheets before tempering.
The machine is very easy to use as it automatically acquires the glasses dimensional data itself and then works the sheet accordingly at very high speeds. The two independent grinding heads use diamond grinding tools to guarantee uniform removal of sharp edges and can be set to work at varying depths. The robust stainless steel and aluminum superstructure will protect against contamination from water and ensure durability throughout the machines lifespan.
